I wanted to give some feedback to all of you regarding the new flexible spending program that we recently added to our benefits package. Wow! That is the best way for me to describe it to you.. On February 26th I was really sick with bronchial pneumonia and in a matter of 1 week I spent between doctor visit co-pays, prescription co-pays, x-rays etc over $150.00. Of course this was after March 1st so I actually spent more if you include my first visit on February 26th of which I couldn't include since the program didn't start until March 1st. Anyway, in a matter of 2 minutes I went on line and registered my information and was given instructions how to complete the reimbursement form. I made copies of all my receipts and faxed them along with my completed form and unbelievably I received a check for $153.00 within 72 hours. I never thought it would be so easy and I greatly appreciate this benefit and hope that everyone took advantage of this opportunity to save.
